By downloading or using the Numovix app ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. ABOUT THE APP

Numovix is a calculator toolkit app that provides 94+ smart calculators across categories including finance, health, engineering, daily life, entertainment, and specialized tools. The App is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or tamper with the App

• Use the App's content or tools to provide competing services

• All calculators in the App are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

• We are not responsible for any financial loss, health decision, or other outcome resulting from reliance on the App's calculations.

5. ENTERTAINMENT TOOLS

Tools such as Love Compatibility, Death Clock, Zodiac Sign, Anime Power Level, and Lottery Odds are provided purely for FUN and ENTERTAINMENT. Their results have no scientific or predictive validity.

6. ADVERTISING

The App displays third-party advertisements served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements or the products/services they promote.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The App may contain links to external websites (numovix.com, social media, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, code, logos, and branding in the App are the property of Numovix. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numovix and its developers shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

10. CHANGES TO THE APP & TERMS

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
